Shipping FAQs

Tryten can ship its products globally.

Tryten’s main carriers for small package shipping include UPS and FedEx. For LTL shipments, Tryten ships with UPS.

Tryten ships from our fulfillment center in Ontario, CA, USA. For our customers in Canada, we are able to ship from Tryten HQ.

Once your order has been shipped an email is automatically sent, to the contact person on your order (or purchase order), with tracking number from our fulfillment warehouse. If you do not receive this email, please contact ordersupport@tryten.com.

Invoicing/Payment Method FAQs

Tryten accepts Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. For customers with Terms, we accept orders via Purchase Order, and payments via credit card or ACH.

Assembly FAQs

The Tryten package comes with its base and poles alongside with hardware package, utility box, handle, cord wraps, and manual. Other equipment and addons are sold separately.

Yes, all Tryten carts require light assembly. The carts ship with all the tools & hardware that you’ll need. You can either perform the assembly yourself, or we can connect you with one of our many reputable resellers for assistance.

We deliver in several ways, as a do-it-yourself project, with assembly service provided, or as a part of a telehealth solution provider.

Customer Service FAQs

If there is a manufacturer defect with your cart, please take a picture of the defect and a picture of the serial number of your cart (found on the base of the cart). Then, forward these details to ordersupport@tryten.com. If you have the purchase order or sales order of the cart, please provide this as well and our team can assist you.

Yes, you can always order demo units and use them for up to 60 days to test the solution.

Tryten provides 5 years limited warranty.

Tryten carts can work with most of the available tables in the market thanks to its adjustable tablet bracket.

Yes, Tryten provides multiple battery options for its solutions.

No, these devices are shown on our website for visualization purposes only, but you can easily procure the necessary Audiovisual and/or Telehealth devices from one of our many reputable resellers, along with the Tryten carts.

All Tryten carts include a push handle, cord wrap, and utility box. Beyond that, you must choose the additional Accessories that you want/need (i.e., Work Surface, Supply Caddy, Monitor Mount, etc.), to be purchased separately.
