X Anchor [Adhesive]

The X-Anchor is manufactured from galvanized steel and PVC to provide a security solution that cannot be cut through. As a complement to our Computer Security Cables , the Tryten X-Anchor will fasten your valuable equipment with over 1,000 pounds of holding strength. For applications involving Laptop Locks, please refer to the adhesive mounted Steel Ring Anchor.

Instructions:

1. Determine the best location on the equipment to secure one of the X Anchors. The location must be completely flat. This will be a permanent attachment.

2. For best results, sand the surface to which you will be applying the anchor, and clean the surface with the supplied alcohol wipe.

3. Apply bonding glue in a "back and forth" motion on the rubber backing of the anchor. Note that too much glue may cause bonding problems. Immediately place the anchor onto the equipment and hold firmly in place for thirty seconds.

4. Wait fifteen minutes before proceeding to the next step which is attaching a cable.
